Website redesign and tradeshow preparation for a hospital procurement web platform

The CEO had just decided to exhibit at a major tradeshow. It was six weeks away and the company had no mailing list, no booth, no brochure, and a website that didn’t talk to anyone or looked professional. An advisor of the CEO asked me to address all those problems.

Work completed

  • Positioning and messaging centered on key decision-makers, identified as part of the project
  • Professional booth and brochures
  • Email campaign
  • New corporate site
  • New tradeshow microsite

Key contributions

  • Getting the company ready on time and on budget for the tradeshow
  • Helping them generate many more leads than expected
  • Creating two new websites within the budget, originally planned for the tradeshow material only
